SUBWEI is a fixed-supply ERC-20 paired with a Uniswap V4 hook. The hook listens to every swap via afterSwap, attributes the ride to the EOA, and updates ride counts in O(1) gas. No oracles, no keepers, no admin levers.

The rebate pool is funded once at deployment and held by the hook itself. The deployer can only withdraw surplus after the program winds down. Token contract has no mint, no pause, no fee switch — pure fixed supply.
● BORDERLESS
Anyone with an EOA on Ethereum mainnet can ride. No KYC, no whitelist, no allocation tier. The first 5 swaps unlock Bronze; the first 100 unlock Gold. Same rules for everyone, forever.
